AllyLedger LLC

Privacy Policy

Last updated:

AllyLedger LLC (“AllyLedger,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit allyledger.com, contact us, book a consultation, or provide information in connection with our services.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy covers our public website and our handling of enquiries and consultation requests. The website does not require an account, username or password.

If you engage us for accounting or bookkeeping services, our written engagement agreement and any related data-handling terms also apply. This website is not a portal for uploading or storing client accounting records.

2. Information we collect

You may choose to provide your name, email address, company, service interests, revenue range and a message through our enquiry form. Consultation bookings also require your phone number and chosen appointment time. We keep a reference number and records of communications needed to respond to you.

When you visit, our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, request details and security signals to deliver the website and prevent abuse.

Information provided during a client engagement may include financial and business records needed for the agreed accounting services. Please do not send passwords, bank account details, tax identifiers or confidential accounting documents through the public website forms. We will arrange an appropriate method of sharing records when needed.

3. How we use information

We use information to answer enquiries, schedule and conduct consultations, send confirmations, provide agreed services, maintain necessary business records, protect our systems and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Submitting an enquiry or booking does not subscribe you to marketing communications. We do not use your accounting records for advertising.

4. No sale of information, advertising or visitor tracking

We do not sell or rent personal information or customer accounting data. We do not share personal information for targeted advertising.

This website does not display advertisements or use advertising pixels, marketing trackers or visitor-behaviour analytics. It does not require login information. Technical processing needed to operate and secure the website is described below.

5. Website services and technical processing

We use Cloudflare to host the website, store enquiry and booking records, route incoming email and protect forms with Turnstile. Turnstile processes technical signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. We use Resend to deliver enquiry and booking notifications, and email providers to receive and handle correspondence.

The website also requests font files from Google Fonts, which requires a connection from your browser to that provider. These services may process technical request information under their own privacy terms. We do not use Google Analytics.

Essential browser features or security services may use temporary storage or similar mechanisms to support website functionality and abuse prevention. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies.

6. When information is shared

Information is available to authorized team members and service providers only as needed to operate the website, manage communications or deliver agreed services. Service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

We may disclose information where required by law or lawful process, or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, investigate fraud or address a security incident. We do not publish your enquiry or accounting records.

7. Security of customer and accounting information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and customer accounting records from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. Access is limited to people who need the information for their work, and records are kept in systems intended for secure storage and handling.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe information you provided to us has been exposed or misused.

8. Retention and early deletion

We retain personal information and customer accounting records only for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, provide agreed services and meet applicable legal, regulatory or contractual recordkeeping obligations. We do not retain information indefinitely merely because it has been collected.

You may request earlier deletion by contacting [email protected]. We will assess and honor the request where the information is no longer needed and deletion is permitted. Some records may need to be retained to satisfy legal obligations, resolve an outstanding dispute or complete an agreed service. We will explain any applicable reason that prevents deletion.

When information is no longer required, we delete it or securely dispose of it. Copies in backups may remain until the relevant backup is replaced or expires and remain subject to access protections in the meantime.

9. Your requests and choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you provided, or to ask how it is used or retained. Additional rights may apply depending on your location and applicable law.

Send requests to [email protected] and include your enquiry or booking reference where available. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before releasing or changing records. Do not include sensitive financial documents in the initial request.

10. Changes and contact information

We may update this policy when our practices or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

For privacy questions or requests, contact AllyLedger LLC at [email protected] or (786) 922-7431.
