Paid services require a separate written engagement agreement setting out scope, fees, responsibilities, timelines and termination terms. That agreement governs the engagement and takes precedence over these website terms if they conflict.

Bookkeeping and management reporting do not constitute an independent audit or assurance opinion. Tax filing and other regulated professional services require an express agreement and an appropriately qualified provider.

Published pricing ranges and service descriptions are provided to help you assess available options. Final pricing and deliverables depend on your requirements, transaction volume, complexity and agreed scope.

We may update website pricing or correct errors. Changes to an existing paid engagement are governed by its written agreement.

Website consultations are scheduled for 30 minutes. Available times are shown in Eastern Time, including the applicable daylight-saving adjustment. Please provide accurate contact details and a phone number where you can be reached.

A successful reservation displays a reference number. We also attempt to send an email confirmation; email delivery may be delayed. Our team will provide meeting details. To request a change or cancellation, email [email protected] with your reference.

If we need to reschedule or cannot provide a consultation, we will use the contact details you supplied to arrange an alternative.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having authority to share it. Provide only information relevant to your enquiry or requested service.

Do not submit passwords, bank details, tax identifiers or confidential financial records through public website forms. We will arrange an appropriate way to exchange accounting records if you engage our services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled, including security, retention and deletion requests.

You must not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, impersonate another person, send spam, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access to systems or records.
